CHANGES, RETURNS and REFUNDS
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for refunds and exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to artesaniaelcolibri@yahoo.es and send your item to: Artesania El Colibrí Camiño do Muiño do Lameiro, 10 36770-O Rosal (Pontevedra).

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping of the returned product.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged or returned item to reach you may vary.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order while you are placing it. You will not be able to cancel an order already paid from the web. In the case of wanting to cancel a paid order, you must contact us (Tel +34 644 54 70 54 or artesaniaelcolibri@yahoo.es) to proceed with the cancellation within a period of 24 hours, once that time has elapsed it will not be possible cancel and it will be treated as a return or refund, for this you must follow the instructions described above.
